We’re recruiting for a Sales Executive to provide high quality sales support to Wholesale intermediary clients and Sales Managers. Acting as the interface between the Wholesale sales team and other areas of the business including Marketing, Operations, Client Service and Fund Management teams in order to seek timely resolution to client queries.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating meetings, emails, and client follow-ups, while identifying and sharing sales opportunities with Key and Regional Account Managers
- Supporting Account Managers by maintaining an organised database of sales materials, activity records, and consolidated information
- Gathering and providing relevant data from marketing, fund operations, compliance, legal, and fund management to aid the sales process
- Acting as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments to ensuring timely delivery of sales-related requirements
- Responding to technical queries from Wholesale clients pre- and post-sale, delivering high-quality support and service
- Organising client events and fund manager meetings, hosting professionally and engaging with clients to uncover follow-up opportunities
- Monitoring customer experience to ensure fair treatment under L&G’s Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) policy and sharing feedback with relevant teams
- Maintaining strong product knowledge across L&G’s fund ranges and supporting the Wholesale Distribution Team in meeting Consumer Duty obligations
Who we’re looking for:
- Ideally the role holder will be degree qualified and have (or be willing to work towards) an investment qualification e.g. IMC
- Communication skills: Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and key relationships and consolidate detailed information into concise summaries
- Industry knowledge: An understanding of the distribution and Fund Management environment within the Asset Management industry
- Experience of Wholesale Markets, Client Service and Relationship Management
