We’re recruiting for a Senior Finance Associate to join us as a Financial Business Partner in Real Estate Equity team. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Associate to help shape the financial strategy and performance of our growing portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to high-impact decisions, and develop your career in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and presenting financial analysis to support strategic investment decisions
- Support the valuation reporting of the investment portfolio, engage with third party advisors, communicate the impact of assumptions and market data
- Leading the delivery of accurate forecasting and performance reporting
- Oversee the 5-year business plan for your asset portfolio and ensure accurate financial modelling
- Partnering with investment teams to provide commercial insight and challenge assumptions
- Contributing to transaction support including due diligence and integration
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members while supporting team leadership
- Embedding strong financial controls and supporting audit processes
Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified accountant or investment professional (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA)
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with IFRS knowledge
- Experience in Private Markets, Asset Management or Corporate Finance
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a track record of sound judgement
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player with leadership potential
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
