We’re recruiting for a Senior Finance Associate to join us as a Financial Business Partner in Real Estate Equity team. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Associate to help shape the financial strategy and performance of our growing portfolio. What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and presenting financial analysis to support strategic investment decisions
• Support the valuation reporting of the investment portfolio, engage with third party advisors, communicate the impact of assumptions and market data
• Leading the delivery of accurate forecasting and performance reporting
• Oversee the 5-year business plan for your asset portfolio and ensure accurate financial modelling
• Partnering with investment teams to provide commercial insight and challenge assumptions
• Contributing to transaction support including due diligence and integration
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members while supporting team leadership
• Embedding strong financial controls and supporting audit processes

Who we’re looking for:

• Qualified accountant or investment professional (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA)
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with IFRS knowledge
• Experience in Private Markets, Asset Management or Corporate Finance
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholders
• Commercially minded with a track record of sound judgement
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
• Collaborative team player with leadership potential
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
