Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Rotate through diverse roles in Global Operations & Global Client Service Operations.
  • Experience asset classes, fund structures, and client interaction.
  • Expand your Professional Network.
  • Gain industry accreditation opportunities.
  • Based in Cardiff, network with London teams.
  • Access Mentorship Schemes for your growth.

A ‘Day in Your Life’ in our team

  • Oversight of global post-trade activities.
  • Support LGIMs global fund services and reporting.
  • Review fund performance calculations
  • Create material for client pitch and due diligence meetings
  • Produce materials for management updates.
  • Manage operational risks and resilience

Qualifications

First and foremost, we are looking for people with an inquisitive mind and a desire to learn. We’re not expecting prior industry experience, but we’ll want to see that you have the tools to develop quickly. These include:

  • 2.1 Degree in any subject. - we are open to all subject backgrounds
  • An analytical and numeracy mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility and teamwork.
  • High energy, dynamism, and commitment.
  • Proficiency in IT (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organised with effective prioritisation.

If you have any of the following, please tell us:

  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Data-related knowledge (e.g., Python).
  • Understanding of investment markets.
