AI Governance Analyst - 12 Month FTC

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the delivery and embedding of AI governance frameworks across the group
• Coordinating stakeholder engagement and communication across teams and senior forums
• Tracking and maintaining project roadmaps and schedules to ensure visibility and progress
• Analysing and defining stakeholder requirements and ensuring traceability to delivery
• Enabling knowledge sharing and reuse of AI capabilities across the organisation
• Developing and delivering clear, data-led insights to support decision-making
• Contributing to communication plans and stakeholder updates on AI developments
• Sharing industry insights to inform internal understanding of AI trends and applications

Who we’re looking for:

• Demonstrable experience in business analysis, project management or a related field
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in commercial settings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of governance processes and experience supporting their implementation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions
• A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience (certifications like BCS or Prince2 are a plus)
