We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a full 360 sourcing role where you’ll play a key part in identifying and attracting exceptional talent across a range of specialist areas. You’ll be a champion of inclusive hiring, a trusted partner to the business, and a brand ambassador for L&G. This is initially a 9 month fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a subject matter expert in your specialist area, using market insights and networks to identify top talent
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints in the recruitment journey
- Supporting and guiding hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process
- Direct sourcing candidates and building diverse talent pipelines using innovative attraction strategies
- Screening and assessing candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and values
- Negotiating offers and clearly communicating our total reward package and onboarding process
- Championing diversity and inclusion in every aspect of the recruitment process
- Promoting our values and culture to candidates, ensuring alignment with our purpose
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience across the full recruitment lifecycle in an in-house, RPO or agency setting
- Expertise recruiting for Investments positions within Asset Management
- A passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Strong direct sourcing skills and the ability to reach talent others can’t
- A proactive approach to embedding diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
- Confidence in acting as a brand ambassador through social media, events and networking
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment compliance
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
