We’re recruiting for a Head of Index and ETF Specialists to join us. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the current investment market and economic issues for all wrappers
• Working closely with the portfolio management team to enhance your knowledge of our portfolio management philosophy and techniques across the range of strategies being managed
• Supporting the portfolio management team in research and product development initiatives
• Supporting the portfolio management team in thought leadership papers and marketing materials, such as blogs
• Coordinating and collaborating with Distribution and Portfolio management teams to ensure high-quality RFPs are submitted showcasing our passive offering
• Creating standard presentation slides and content to support client meetings and new business opportunities
• Preparing material for investment reports as required
• Assisting with client-servicing, including responding to client requests and preparing materials for bespoke client/consultant presentations

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong academic background with postgraduate qualifications preferred but not essential
• Extensive knowledge of financial markets, investment management, and investment processes, particularly in index/ETF
• Effective and confident communication skills, with the ability to exert influence and develop senior internal relationships
• High standards of fairness, integrity, and discretion
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables under time pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and an inquisitive mind
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to showcase complex products in a simplistic manner
• Understanding of investment management techniques and processes in an Index Management context
