Digital and Social Content Assistant - 12 month FTC

We’re recruiting for a Digital and Social Content Assistant to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will support with the delivery of effective and engaging content to reach audiences on digital and social channels.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting the Digital and Social Content Executive with creating engaging multimedia content to support campaigns and initiatives (e.g., videos, podcasts, graphics, and other visual and audio content) on a range of digital channels
• Ensuring content aligns with key audience segments, following brand and tone of voice guidelines, and being accessible
• Collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders to understand the impact of content, formats, and campaigns
• Supporting the wider team with delivering content and campaigns to meet deadlines, working to the content calendar
• Assisting the wider team in planning, developing, and delivering creative campaigns that support our commercial targets
• Working within our appropriate risk and compliance framework and demonstrating the key behaviors of a professional, supportive, and engaging marketing function

Who we're looking for:

• Creative thinker with an attention to detail
• Strong content and communication skills
• Collaborative; excellent team player and able to work across different levels of the business
• Strong organisational skills - able to manage multiple projects, operate under time pressure and work to deadlines
• Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Enthusiasm and understanding of how social media works is essential
