Our Institutional Retirement division provides pension risk transfer (PRT) solutions for UK and US defined benefit (DB) schemes, and reinsurance solutions from our global hub in Bermuda. We work with companies, DB pension schemes and their advisors to help them secure and protect scheme members’ retirement benefits.

Are you passionate about quality and innovation in software testing? We’re looking for a Test Lead to join our team and take ownership of non-functional testing across a complex pricing platform. This platform combines legacy Excel/C# UI with a modern Qt/C++ GUI, powered by an Azure-based calculation engine. You’ll collaborate with actuaries, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient testing processes.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading non-functional testing across the pricing system
• Coordinating manual and automated UI testing efforts
• Establishing and maintaining a UI test tool framework
• Running comprehensive regression and performance tests
• Profiling memory usage and system performance
• Automating repetitive testing tasks and workflows
• Reporting test results clearly to technical and business stakeholders
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes

Who we're looking for:

• Experience in manual testing with a drive to automate
• Strong understanding of technical testing including memory profiling
• Proven skills in UI test automation and tool selection
• Familiarity with Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps pipelines
• Ability to engage proactively with both technical and business teams
