We’re looking for a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our Group Technology team and support the development and execution of our enterprise technology strategy. This is a hands-on role combining analytical rigour with operational coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insight and insight into action. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to help shape the future of technology at Legal & General.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting research into market trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity
• Supporting the development of technology roadmaps and investment plans
• Tracking KPIs, OKRs and benefits across strategic initiatives
• Coordinating planning cycles and resource tracking across programmes
• Maintaining dashboards, reports and documentation to monitor progress
• Preparing presentations, communications and engagement materials
• Capturing and following up on actions from key meetings and workshops
• Collaborating with stakeholders to promote alignment and visibility of strategic initiatives

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
• Experience in strategy, business analysis or project support is a plus
• Comfortable working with data to generate insights and recommendations
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Interest in technology, innovation and long-term transformation
