We’re recruiting for a Senior Design Executive to join us. You will be working closely with the Head of Design and supporting with the creation of marketing materials and sales support for all kinds of various print and digital formats for our UK Private Markets business. This may include marketing literature, PowerPoints, advertising, assets for online and in person events, social, video editing and animation. You will play a lead role as brand champion for design across LGIM, ensuring that the brand visual identity is applied consistently and effectively.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and update marketing materials for all kinds of various print and digital formats. This includes marketing literature, advertising, assets for online and in person events, social, video editing and animation
- Create and develop RFP and pitch templates and work on ongoing new business opportunities and submissions for the UK Private Markets team
- Help apply, monitor and promote the brand across all communications created
- Regularly check LGIMs social media channels and ensure the visual identity is consistent
- Build, maintain and promote positive, collaborative and close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the first line of defence to ensure that materials comply with current regulations– in particular ensure that all designed items are clear, fair and not misleading, and adhere to brand guidelines
- Liaise with agency partners, printers and suppliers where required to produce and print materials
- Use various software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Acrobat DC to put together the marketing materials
Who we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design
- Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly PowerPoint)
- Proficiency of Adobe After Effects and Acrobat DC
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work on several projects at a time
- Strong understanding of the print and digital production process
- Knowledge of UX/UI design
- Basic understanding of web-design
- Comfortable with following brand guidance, but when appropriate, seizes the opportunity to improve or apply new creative executions based on brand guidance
