Senior Business Analyst

We have an extremely exciting opportunity at Legal & General Capital for a Senior Business Analyst to join the rapidly expanding LGC COO function, who are responsible for central management, Operations, IT & Data, Business Change & Transformation leadership for the division.

Working with and delivering on behalf of the Programme Director, COO and Head of Change, you will collaborate with LGC business stakeholders, product, change and IT professionals across both LGC and Legal & General Group to design the capabilities needed to support the growth of the LGC business and meet our long-term strategic objectives.

You will be the lead analyst and business architect for the detailed design and delivery for LGC’s most important transformation programmes, shaping the LGC future operating model, and design the associated people, process, and technology capabilities.

• Extensive business analysis experience, qualifications and at least 7 years’ experience in business analysis roles within asset management, ideally Alternatives / Private Assets.
• In depth understanding of Asset Management, UK and European Investment market, Investment products, regulatory regimes, lifecycle, front-back operating models and technologies.
• Detailed understanding of business model design, process design and re-engineering.
• Proven track record of supporting the design and delivery of large, complex, business, organisational and technology change & transformation programmes.
• Someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work independently focusing on priorities and managing a high-volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions.
