We’re looking for a Salesforce Learning Lead to join Legal & General Affordable Homes (LGAH) on a 12 month fixed-term contract!

You’ll play a key role in supporting the testing, deployment and embedding of the Salesforce platform (Brolly) with internal users and partners, through the design, development and deployment of learning materials and activities.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering tailored training for various user levels and functions, focusing on mobilisation, refreshers and new Salesforce enhancements
• Developing engaging training materials for face-to-face and virtual sessions, collaborating with stakeholders
• Providing hands-on support during and after training sessions, collecting feedback for continuous improvement
• Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the Brolly platform and its modules
• Working closely with the Technology team to pro-actively manage the development and delivery of learning materials
• Supporting the testing and release of Operational enhancements and taking responsibility for communication of upcoming changes and enhancements to Management Providers
• Working closely with other internal stakeholders on wider system integration and performance of specialist applications

Who we're looking for:

• You’ll be well versed in developing and delivering Salesforce learning materials and training
• Experience of conducting platform User Acceptance Testing
• You’ll also be used to collaborating with colleagues across all levels of seniority
