We’re recruiting for a Fund Controller (Living) to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and 12% car allowance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of residential property funds, including build-to-rent, affordable housing, and student accommodation. You’ll be working closely with fund managers, investors, and third-party providers to deliver strong financial outcomes and support the growth of innovative investment products.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting fund and asset management teams in delivering fund strategy and structuring transactions
• Providing financial planning, budgeting, and stress testing to promote value for investors
• Reviewing and signing off high-risk financial outputs from outsourced administrators
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting
• Advising on financial performance indicators and risk mitigation strategies
• Acting as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders on fund-related financial matters
• Leading financial input into onboarding new products, assets, and suppliers
• Presenting financial insights to internal boards and external investors

Who we’re looking for:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong experience in private markets or real assets fund finance
• In-depth knowledge of UK residential property funds and fund structures
• Proficiency in fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to analyse financial performance and communicate insights clearly
• Experience working with third-party administrators and internal stakeholders
• Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and external clients
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
