We’re seeking a Robotic Process Controller to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of automated processes within our Retail function. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational support, helping to maintain the stability and performance of our automation environments.

Key responsibilities include scheduling and executing Blue Prism processes, monitoring system health, investigating and resolving issues, and coordinating with IT Application Support to raise change requests when necessary. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering seamless automation support.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing daily support, maintenance, and administration of all Retail automation processes, including scheduling and running robotic workflows, monitoring resource PCs, and reviewing log files to meet operational SLAs
• Investigating automation-related incidents and exceptions, conducting trend analysis, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying root causes where necessary
• Managing robotic workloads based on operational priorities, ensuring SLA adherence, and communicating with Operations teams when deviations are expected
• Identifying and recommending opportunities to enhance the performance and efficiency of robotic processes
• Raising and resolving live process defects via Quality Centre, and collaborating with the in-house development team to ensure fixes address root causes effectively
• Maintaining and updating Operational Handbooks in real time to reflect current live robotic processes accurately
• Controlling automated systems and processes to deliver consistent service levels aligned with customer expectations and L&G’s Treating Customers Fairly policy

Who we're looking for:

• Strong working knowledge of Blue Prism and its application in automation environments
• Understanding the systems and processes used across the Retail function to support effective automation
• Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Utilising data analysis techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships that inform decision-making
• Communicating complex issues clearly and confidently at a senior level, using strong interpersonal skills
• Planning and prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Working independently with confidence and initiative, demonstrating a proactive and self-starting approach
