PMO ANALYST

We now have a wonderful opportunity for you you to join our Investment Management business as a newly appointed PMO Analyst. 

This is a role for a project office professional providing either generalist project control for large projects, programmes or portfolios, or specialist project control activity in a defined field, e.g. planning, risk, estimating, etc.

At this level you will be technically capable and handle all work, processes & issues involved in project control. You will get to grips to fully fully understand project KPI's in context of project performance,

• You will challenge project managers regarding project performance and test that KPI's are correct.
• You will clarify & define work and must understand significance of processes, steps & any variances and/or trends.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting against a range of processes.

During the selection process we will be looking for some of the following experience / knowledge;

• Experience of working in financial Services is essential 
• Project Support and or PMO Analysis experience is essential
• The ability to operate unsupervised is essential 
• Experience of supporting Project Managers on administration and reporting
• Financial services knowledge is desirable particularly when taking minutes to be able to contextualise what's being said in meetings. 
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication and organisational skills.
