Head Of Consumer Duty - 12 Month FTC

We’re recruiting for a Head Of Consumer Duty Implementation to join us on a 12 month FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary, 12% car allowance and strong benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the implementation and ongoing embedding of Consumer Duty
• Supporting the group with all Consumer Duty implementation queries to ensure full compliance with regulations
• Producing Customer Outcome MI and preparing and presenting board papers
• Acting as the subject matter expert for Consumer Duty
• Working closely with HR and business units to ensure that Consumer Duty is part of L&Gs culture

Who we're looking for:

• You will need a strong understanding of the Consumer Duty regulation
• Have a background in Financial Services
• Experience in working in large and complex organisations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Track record of success in driving improvement and delivering results
