Join a collaborative and high-performing team where your analytical skills and attention to detail will help ensure our funds are managed in line with client, regulatory and internal guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with investment desks, compliance teams and product managers, while supporting fund launches and business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing potential guideline breaches and interpreting monitoring outputs
• Escalating and resolving confirmed breaches within the monitoring platform
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Supporting fund launches, restructures and amendments
• Engaging with product management and implementation teams
• Building strong relationships across investment desks and client teams
• Collaborating with internal coding and compliance functions
• Maintaining open dialogue with fund managers on monitoring issues

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in asset management (preferred but not essential)
• Understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Strong working knowledge of asset types
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Confidence in engaging with fund managers and client teams
• Self-motivation and determination to meet objectives
• Ability to interpret and apply complex information effectively
