Job Description

We’re recruiting for a  Global HR & Payroll Administrator to join us. You will be responsible for payroll, HR and benefits administration for APAC and Europe employees, ensuring employee data, payroll documents and associated benefit administration are maintained, compliant and accurate. 

    What you'll be doing:

    • Responsible for processing Overseas Working applications for UK and Europe employees
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining APAC/Europe employee data (onboarding, leavers, changes) to ensure accurate employee records.
    • Responsibility for the Global Payroll Sharepoint site ensuring all documents, processes, policies, contracts maintained and up to date and filed effectively.
    • Responsible for answering, assigning and monitoring tickets on the MyHR case management system
    • Responsible for associated global payroll and benefit administration in line with country requirements (e.g. payslips distribution, ad hoc international payments, reference requests)
    • Responsible for month end reporting requirements and billing/po process
    • Supporting continuous improvement for global benefit and payroll administration processes

    Qualifications

    Who we're looking for:

    • General HR systems knowledge (Oracle) and payroll knowledge 
    • General understanding of HR policies and practices
    • Knowledge of data compliance regulations and principles e.g GDPR
    • Data accuracy, data analysis and problem solving
    • Ability to prioritise a multitude of tasks and business enquiries
    • Agile and flexible, escalating queries in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Effective communicator at various levels.
