Finance Manager – Revenue & Investment Accounting

We’re recruiting for a Finance Manager to join us. You’ll lead a team managing month-end accounting and investment ledger processes for revenue-generating products. This role offers exposure to both operational and strategic decision-making, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives. What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of finance professionals
• Managing month-end close for revenue and investment accounting
• Overseeing reconciliations and resolving outstanding items
• Driving process improvements and system upgrades, including ERP transformation
• Partnering with stakeholders across finance and business divisions
• Delivering change projects and ensuring robust financial controls
• Supporting audits and compliance activities with external and internal teams
• Balancing operational delivery with strategic input and decision-making

Who we’re looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing teams in a finance environment
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and processes
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
• Excellent organisational skills and accountability mindset
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels
• Experience in finance change projects and continuous improvement
• Positive, solution-focused approach with resilience under pressure
