As part of our Corporate Affairs function, the Employee Communications Executive will help deliver impactful communications from our Group Functions to employees across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our refreshed strategy and cultural goals, while developing your skills in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the delivery of employee communications strategies and activity plans
• Developing written, video and visual content for internal channels
• Managing digital platforms and supporting channel coordination
• Contributing to communications measurement and evaluation
• Coordinating virtual and in-person events and maintaining calendars
• Assisting with editorial planning and cross-team collaboration
• Designing assets tailored to target audiences and business needs
• Ensuring communications are clear, fair and compliant with regulations

Who we’re looking for:

• Understanding of employee communications within a corporate setting
• Awareness of content development and channel management tactics
• Knowledge of communications planning and evaluation methodologies
• Experience in employee and leadership communications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised
• Experience in event coordination and content creation
• Familiarity with regulated environments, ideally financial services
