Joining us means becoming part of a market-leading team, with capabilities across the full spectrum of asset classes, with an enduring commitment to responsible investment and creating long-term, sustainable value for our clients and partners.
We’re recruiting for a Costs and Charges Analyst to join our Costs and Charges Oversight Team responsible for ensuring the accurate reporting of performance figures and costs incurred by funds.
This role requires a highly detail-oriented, control-focused individual with the ability to manage complex datasets, identify process improvements, and support the team in meeting critical regulatory reporting requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your advanced analytical and reporting skills to ensure high standards of compliance and reporting accuracy.

- Ensuring the ongoing quality and accuracy of reporting
- Supporting existing production processes and looking for ways to improve productivity
- Monitoring and maintaining process documentation, ensuring all procedures are up-to-date and fully aligned with operational policies and compliance requirements
- Working with relevant business teams to deliver accurate reporting and investigating and resolving exceptions
- Providing support to change management project teams to enable delivery of value-add solutions
- Investigating and resolving reporting exceptions, ensuring issues are thoroughly understood and addressed to prevent reoccurrence
- Building and developing regulatory and industry knowledge
Who we're looking for:
- Self-starter who is able to manage time, prioritise work, and pay attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills – including Microsoft Excel
- Experience with managing large amounts of data would be an advantage
- Ability to follow procedures, identify problems and follow up on resolution
- Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English.
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Experience in the financial services industry would be an advantage
Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:
- The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance-related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
- Generous pension contribution
- Life assurance
- Private medical insurance (permanent employees only)
- At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
- Competitive family leave
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice
- There are the many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
- In 2023, some of our workspaces were redesigned. Our offices are great spaces to connect and collaborate and have your wellbeing at the heart
