We’re recruiting for a Compliance Associate to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a change of work after a career break or as an entry level role for a graduate who is passionate about working in Risk and Compliance within an asset manager.

This role will provide a strong grounding in Risk and Compliance and enable you to progress into other roles across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Working closely with and assisting the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Head of Regulatory Engagement
• Assist with the analysis of emerging regulations and the impact on the business
• Assisting with the review of compliance policies and procedures
• Providing support to the CCO with meeting planning, minute taking and project management
• Supporting the production of Management Information (MI), reports and presentations

Who we're looking for:

• Someone who is passionate about moving into a role covering compliance, finance and risk
• Prior industry experience isn’t essential, but we are looking for someone who has some office experience either through an internships or previous work experience
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
• Eager to lean new skills
