We’re recruiting for a Commercial Contracts Analyst to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Drafting and reviewing Work Orders, Statements of Work and invoices with outsourced service providers
• Analysing data and producing reports to support high-quality, data-driven decisions in supplier and service performance
• Chasing invoices to ensure L&G meet agreed SLAs with suppliers
• Supporting the creation of real-time data insights through self-service reporting tools
• Administering commercial and operational processes in line with contractual agreements
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and quality reviews across services
• Assisting with risk, audit, and compliance processes related to supplier engagement

Who we’re looking for:

• Demonstrable experience in commercial or service operations
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI or ServiceNow
• Ability to deal with large data sets and check/validate data
• Understanding of Master Service Agreements and pricing models
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
