Area Risk Assessor

We’re recruiting for a Area Risk Assessor to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.

This is a home-based role, but you will need to travel for work. Most of the travel will be across Southern England.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring that Legal & General Surveying Services and other panel surveyors and following risk management guidelines and quality assurance principles
• Delivering a market leading Quality Assurance proposition for lenders and valuers
• Undertaking reviews and audits of processes to ensure compliance
• Providing specialist knowledge and insights into areas such as Lenders, New Build, BTL and High Value
• Supporting the PII and Complaints Team
• Visiting sites and completing valuation, survey and EPC work

Who we're looking for:

• We are looking for a Fellow, Member or Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
• Experience in valuations and surveys in the residential mortgage market
• In depth knowledge of RICS Red Book requirements including Guidance Notes and Practice Statements
• Ability to interpret risk based information and present this verbally or in written reports to stakeholders
