Treasury Accounting and Reporting Manager - Qualified Accountant

We’re recruiting for a Treasury Accounting and Reporting Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and good benefits package.

In this role you will manage a wide range of Group Treasury activities across accounting, reporting, controls, and change.

This is a London based role and the team are usually in the office 2 days/week.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury financial reporting
• Reviewing the robustness of financial controls and implementing new controls if needed
• Adapting to and supporting finance transformation and automation
• Continuously looking for ways to improve processes
• Automating manual processes
• Overseeing a graduate and reviewing their work

Who we're looking for:

• Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience in a financial services environment, Big 4 experience would be advantageous
• Experience or working in a changing environment
• Ability to work on projects outside of the normal BAU work
• Experience of implementing process improvement
• Treasury experience would be advantageous but not essential
