Our Institutional Retirement division provides pension risk transfer (PRT) solutions for UK and US defined benefit (DB) schemes, and reinsurance solutions from our global hub in Bermuda. What you'll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers to foster a culture of quality and collaboration
• Defining and implementing test strategies for pensions-related systems
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria
• Participating in test design, execution, and automation activities
• Managing testing across digital, regulatory, and legacy migration projects
• Integrating testing into the development lifecycle alongside product and engineering teams
• Overseeing defect triage and reporting to ensure timely resolution
• Tracking and reporting on quality metrics to support audit readiness

Who we're looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in software testing and people management
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Jira, and Agile/Scrum practices
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps and Dynamics 365 
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with a focus on data integrity
• Comfortable working directly with test tools, frameworks, and code
• Experience in the pensions, financial services, or insurance sectors (preferred)
• Familiarity with performance, security testing, or AI-driven testing tools (a plus)
