We’re recruiting for a Business Analysis Specialist to join us. This role will be an exciting extension of existing Business Analysis team. This technical tier of Business Analysis translates business requirements into technical artefacts, which you will align to our company strategy and tailor to a technical audience.  You'll be working closely with developers, architects and technical specialists.

What you'll be doing:

• Analysing customer business initiatives and elaborating into user stories that are consumable within sprints by an Agile team, facilitating concept and feature modelling through process mapping, wireframes and other analysis methods, driving software development quality.
• Collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams through research, mapping, experimentation, prototyping and user testing. 
• Critically reviewing and evaluating any proposed solutions, identifying alignment with business strategies making recommendations to senior managers ensuring they are fully aware of key risks. 

• Supporting the Product Owner and senior stakeholders identifying the Features, EPICs and User Stories to build and prioritise the product backlog.
• Supporting the development and test teams within the Agile change and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Create, contribute to, and review architectural designs to ensure that relevant functional architects are involved to ratify design choices for the best technical outcome.

Who we're looking for:

• Experience of working closely with development & test teams.
• Experience in working with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall project delivery.
• Experience of elaboration of EPICS/Features/User Stories
• Experience of UX Design 
• Experience of the elicitation of requirements and documentation
• Experience working with Microservice APIs for SaaS / PaaS
