Sourcing Specialist - Professional Services

We’re recruiting for a Sourcing Specialist to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary strong benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the initial point of contact for new procurement enquiries relating to the sourcing of Professional Service companies
• Working with stakeholders, up to the executive level, across the business to support sourcing and change activities
• Undertaking spend analysis and supplier performance evaluations
• Advising on complex contractual negotiations
• Producing project reports and other MI
• Planning and execution of allocated sourcing activities

Who we're looking for:

• We are looking for someone with experience of working as a Sourcing Specialist
• Experience of dealing with Professional Services companies is not essential
• Ability to confidently deal with issues that arise, such as major suppler problems, and resolve and escalate as appropriate
• Experience in dealing with master service agreements and contract negotiations
• Ability to produce reports and presentations in a well-structured way
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
