Senior Strategic Supplier Analyst

We’re recruiting for a Senior Strategic Supplier Business Analyst to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

• Proactively managing the relationships with LGIMs key service providers
• Reviewing service providers and monitoring their performance
• Identifying any issues with service and escalating as needed to quickly achieve resolutions
• Continuously look for ways for service providers to raise their standards to meet future business needs
• Interacting with key stakeholders to get feedback on service and looking for ways to improve

Who we're looking for:

• Ideally you will have experience of working as a supplier manager in a financial service firm
• Previous experience of working in a Relationship Management function preferably with Custodian Fund Admin and Broker experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence people
• Proven track record of delivering positive change
