Senior Product Manager – Public Markets

Join our Strategy, Product and Marketing team at Legal & General Investment Management, where we design and deliver innovative investment solutions that meet client needs and drive sustainable growth. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead on shaping and managing our public markets product range, collaborating across the business to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and support our growth ambitions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the design and delivery of new products and range management initiatives
• Managing end-to-end product lifecycle activities including launches, amendments and closures
• Driving product governance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project milestones and risks
• Reviewing product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Providing technical expertise on product structures, regulation and market positioning
• Building strong internal and external relationships to support product strategy
• Monitoring competitor and industry trends to inform product development

Who we’re looking for:

• Degree qualified or equivalent, with IMC, CFA or CAIA highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of asset management and public markets products
• Proven experience in product development, strategy and lifecycle management
• Deep understanding of pooled product structures and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and risk awareness
• Ability to lead and inspire teams while fostering an inclusive culture
• Commercial mindset with ability to align product initiatives to business goals
