We’re recruiting for a Senior Operational Risk Analyst to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary strong benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying and assessing the impact and likelihood of operational risk across the business
• Designing, drafting and developing operational risk management frameworks, policies and procedures
• Assisting with the completion of the annual risk control self-assessments (RCSA) for LGIM Europe
• Managing risk events and undertaking reviews and investigation to identify and rectify the root causes
• Assisting with producing and writing regular risk reports for the various boards and committees

Who we're looking for:

• Ideally you will have risk experience within an asset management or financial services company
• Good understanding of operational risks including cyber, IT and third party outsourcing
• Understanding of CP86 requirements
• Strong report writing skills
• Ability to provides informed, timely and objective challenges in relation to the management of key operational risks
