Senior Financial Advice Conduct Risk Manager – 6 Month FTC

We’re recruiting for a Senior Financial Advice Conduct Risk Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary, 12% car allowance and good benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

• Working closely with 1st line risk teams and Financial Advisers ensuring that advice relating to Lifetime Mortgages, Annuities, Fund reviews and other Wealth products falls withing our conduct risk framework
• Providing guidance and advise on potential growth areas for the business relating to advice strategy, charging structures, risk appetite and consumer duty
• Developing and managing a framework for providing 2nd line oversite of conduct risk matters
• Undertaking robust assessments of 1st line conduct risk practices and recommending actions for improvement
• Identifying, understanding and communicating and regulatory changes that would effect the business

Who we're looking for:

• You must have a Level 4 or 6 Diploma for Financial Advisers or be a Charted Financial Adviser
• Strong regulatory knowledge and experience of FCA rules relating to Financial Advice Conduct Risk
• Good understanding of Quality Assurance frameworks
• Good understanding of Protection and Wealth products
• Demonstrable 2nd line compliance experience
