Senior Finance Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, transparent, and timely financial and regulatory reporting.

This is a permanent role based in Bermuda, offering the opportunity to work with global stakeholders and contribute to strategic initiatives across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading quarterly IFRS financial reporting and variance analysis
• Managing year-end IFRS reporting and disclosure processes
• Coordinating Bermuda Monetary Authority submissions and external audits
• Preparing and submitting BSCR and Quarterly Financial Returns
• Ensuring compliance with U.S. statutory reporting requirements
• Liaising with investment teams to ensure data integrity and reporting alignment
• Contributing to strategic projects and process improvements
• Promoting a culture of ownership and high professional standards

• Holding a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACA, ACCA)
• Bringing at least 5 years’ experience in financial reporting, ideally in life insurance or reinsurance
• Demonstrating strong IFRS expertise, especially in insurance contracts and financial instruments
• Applying analytical thinking and sound judgement to complex financial matters
• Building effective relationships across teams and with external stakeholders
• Communicating clearly and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Showing advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting systems
• Acting independently while collaborating effectively within a team
