We now have a brand new Permanent opportunity within Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) for a Senior Business Analyst, specifically within our Private Markets space in our London office.
Your exciting new role will be overseeing and driving large programs from feasibility analysis to inception and through to delivery. This will be a great opportunity to apply your knowledge and skill acting as an expert counsel to align Business Change ideas to Operating Model, Architecture and Strategic themes, not to mention coaching, mentoring and guiding other ambitious analysts.

- Identifying and managing the 'big picture' associated with any change and proactively work with stakeholders to optimise, enable and drive workstream delivery.
- Working with the Architecture team to identify innovative, effective and scalable approaches to tackle changes.
- Leading a team of Business Analysts to provide direction, guidance, support and manage escalations and prioritisation pro-actively.
- Reviewing business processes of in-scope regulations against the LGIM’s strategic operating model and identify affected business processes.
Acting in a business consultancy capacity; managing competing requirements, configuring and managing workshops and, where appropriate, acting in a Product Owner capacity.
As part of our screening process, we will be looking for some of the following areas of experience:
- Extensive experience working on Private Markets Transformation programmes within Business Change in an Investment Management organisation is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience designing strategic operating models within Real Estate Equity and Private Credit business lines is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience working on Front Office or Regulatory programmes in an Investment Management organisation is desirable.
- Experience of requirements elicitation and design and target operating model definition.
- Experience of Agile/iterative delivery and contribution to/creation of business cases
