We’re recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager to join our Real Assets team. We’re offering a competitive base salary strong benefits package.

Joining a team and business with a great culture, you’ll be part of an exciting time as Real Assets is one of the key growth areas for L&G Asset Management. Additionally, the business is looking to expand globally, and you will be involved in new fund launches.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advisory support across fund strategy, conduct risk, and compliance.

What you'll be doing:

• Proactively provide advice, challenge, and review to the business, ensuring first-class conduct risk mitigation
• Analysing emerging and developing regulations to implement changes quickly and effectively
• Acting as the key point of contact for any conflicts within Real Assets
• Participating in committee meetings and assist with the drafting of reports

Who we're looking for:

• Real Asset/Alternative Asset experience is key to this role
• A detailed understanding of compliance and conduct risk within an investment management environment
• Strong knowledge of AIFMD regulations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with and influence key groups
