Process Assurance Analyst

We’re recruiting for a Process Assurance Analyst to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and good benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing assurance to senior management that business processes across LGIM are operating effectively
• Reviewing processes across on-boarding, implementations, client instructions, investment management and back-office
• Testing and investigating existing processes to identify vulnerabilities and control weaknesses
• Implementing and improving processes to enable the business to meet its long-term objectives and goals
• Recommending process improvements ensure that these are clearly communicated and completed by set deadlines
• Ensuring any process changes are fully tested and documented

Who we're looking for:

• You will need a background in financial services
• Ideally have ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification
• A background in risk management and/or assurance
• Ideally you will have had experience of working on AAF reports
• Asset management experience would be advantageous but not essential
