We are seeking a skilled Process Architect to join our Business Process Management team. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding the standards, methods, and governance processes that are crucial to significantly reducing operational risk and enhancing organizational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a robust process repository.

The ideal candidate will champion best practices in process modeling and foster a culture of process ownership. You will provide expert guidance to business users, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization in maintaining a centralized process library.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing, communicating, and implementing methods and governance procedures for Process Modelling.
• Maintaining the organisation’s Master Process List and support ongoing governance.
• Managing the content and quality of the corporate Process Library, acting as a liaison between Process Owners, Projects, Programmes, and the Business Process Management team.
• Supporting the Business Process Management strategy, policies, and guiding principles by analysing external trends and business issues; develop and maintain corporate standards, methods, and tools for Process Modelling.
• Assisting in the roll-out of Business Process Management solutions, ensuring process content integration across projects.
• Providing subject matter expertise and training on Process Modelling to Business Analysts and other users; perform QA reviews against Business Process Management standards and advise on process improvements.
• Supporting continuous process improvement and evolution in line with project and strategic objectives, utilizing process metrics and KPIs.
• Generating reports, management information, and dashboards using the Process database to inform the business.

Who we're looking for:

• Process modelling qualification preferred
• Facilitation of process workshops to engage SME’s to elicit and capture process information, and playback of documented process flows
• Evidence of a structured approach to analysis and documentation, using recognised tools and techniques such as Visio/Blueworks/ARIS, and BPMN/EPC
• Extensive experience of business process analysis and modelling
• Business process reengineering demonstrating and understanding the drivers for process improvement, and use standard techniques such as Lean, SixSigma to redesign the process
• Use of process metrics to drive process improvement and reduce risk
• Experience of investment operations including collateral, securities lending, and reporting
• Sound understanding of IT software and infrastructure
