Personal Assistant (6 months maternity cover)

We’re recruiting for a Personal Assistant on a 6 months maternity cover to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. 

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Head of Solutions and the wider leadership team. What you’ll be doing:

• Providing administrative support to the Head of Solutions and leadership team
• Managing complex diary arrangements across multiple stakeholders
• Organising travel and preparing itineraries for UK and international trips
• Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of the Head of Solutions
• Onboarding new team members and coordinating pre-joining materials
• Updating organisational charts, biographies and web content
• Collaborating with the Solutions Business Manager on ad hoc projects
• Contributing to leadership meetings and wider team initiatives

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced business environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple busy diaries with accuracy and discretion
• Strong communication skills across all levels, including external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• Previous experience in a financially oriented or corporate setting
• A collaborative approach and ability to build team morale
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Confidence handling confidential information with professionalism
