Job Description

Your role at a glance

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Performance Analyst to join Legal & General Affordable Homes (LGAH)!

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the LGAH Operations Team develops a transparent and trusted approach to performance reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

Working with colleagues in the Contract Management Team and wider Operations Team, and drawing on data from across the business, you’ll ensure that operational performance is accurately and transparently reported, whilst also providing in-depth analysis and forecasting.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Producing MI and analysis that feeds into key decision-making committees and performance packs submitted across the LGAH businesses.
  • Developing and maintaining reporting and analysis to effectively monitor and understand performance against targets. Ensuring these deliverables are high quality, insightful and communicated to stakeholders in an effective manner.
  • Enhancing the current reporting process by using advanced Excel and systems reporting tools (especially Salesforce tools)
  • Understanding the data systems and structures to support business partnering activities. Contributing towards improvements to these systems where possible and linking understanding of source data to business needs
  • Working closely with the Operations team to enhance businesses understanding of partner performance and supporting colleagues to grow their knowledge of performance analysis
  • Developing and maintaining productive relationships with all teams within LGAH to become a business partner, advising and guiding stakeholders on performance-related analysis to improve their knowledge and understanding
  • Challenging and guiding requests coming from colleagues; ensuring output is relevant to business needs

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • A strong background in delivering performance analysis activities using Excel
  • Good data analysis/manipulation skills
  • A desire to develop systems that would support the business in the management of performance
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a flair for turning data into actionable insights
  • Any experience with PowerBI or Salesforce would be great!
  • Knowledge of the affordable housing / institutional finance sector would be useful but not necessary
