We’re recruiting for a Fund Assistant on a 12 months FTC  to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. You will provide Fund administration support to UK Institutional Funds Team, with additional support for the senior team members. 

What you'll be doing:

• Proactively managing the Institutional Funds Team, initiating and scheduling meetings, both internally and externally
• Preparing and providing relevant papers and briefing information for all meetings as required. Seeking required information ahead of meetings to ensure the team are fully prepared
• Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence Including prioritising, copying, scanning and distributing papers as appropriate. Ability to draft correspondence to a high standard and deal with enquiries to best of knowledge and escalate where unable to close down
• Producing, co-ordinating, formatting and proof reading reports/client presentations and documents 
• Dealing with and completing any other ad hoc projects 
• Supporting the Asset Manager on day to day asset management activity 
• Supporting team on third party systems to ensure documentation and properties remain up to date across the Institutional Funds

Who we're looking for:

• Proven track record working as a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Team Administrator or Executive Assistant
• Knowledge and experience of core Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Capable of using a variety of technology. Ability and willingness to learn and train others on new tech/systems and sharing knowledge and expertise where necessary.
• Demonstrates accuracy when sending out reports, papers, and correspondence
• Strong team player, capable of working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is paramount
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload and to be flexible in a continuously changing environment
• Self-starter, capable of working alone and unguided but dealing with any situation that arises and confident in making decisions where appropriate. 
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills at all levels and the ability to create a strong internal and external network
