We’re recruiting for an Operations Analyst to join our Transfer Agency team covering LGIM’s range of pooled Investment Vehicles. The role holder will provide a comprehensive customer-focused service in support of the organisations growth and goals, maintaining quality targets and standards. 

What you'll be doing:

• Completing various operational activities (alongside a Transfer Agency Supervisor) for LGIM’s pooled fund range including; order receipt and validation, confirmation of fund net activity, price orders, maintaining unit registers, valuing and unitising all PMC transactions and the distribution of client contract notes
• Investigating and resolving client and internal instruction related queries and errors, including administering corrective actions where appropriate
• Taking ownership of the design and enhancement of operational processes & procedures in conjunction with appropriate systems to support functional processing. Participating in change initiatives representing the needs of the department.  
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of Transfer Agency platforms operation processes and systems. Being able to produce management information to highlight trends, risks, issues and analysing errors
• Working collaboratively with managers & peers to share best practise, creating an awareness of issues throughout the department. Fostering credibility and influence towards developing a reputation of operational and service excellent across the firm
• Maintaining technical capability & knowledge for the role, keeping abreast of market and industry developments. Evidencing developmental and learning through continuous professional development
• Working closely with internal/external clients to continuously assess their requirements. Ensuring service level agreements are adhered to

Who we're looking for:

• Understanding of key investment management activities 
• Previous investment operations experience preferred 
• Excellent communication skills to help clarify the client’s needs and issues
• Building and maintaining relationships, including a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to understand issues, find creative and innovative solutions to problems
