We’re recruiting for a Operational Risk Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and good benefits package

What you'll be doing:

• Providing Operational Risk management support to the Product and Distribution teams
• Working closely with the Senior Operational Risk Manager to produce insightful risk reporting
• Contributing to the development of frameworks, processes, and systems for managing key operational risks
• Providing robust questioning and oversight of risk management by first line business teams
• Developing an understanding of business areas and upcoming changes
• Representing the Operational Risk function in meetings and formal committees
• Maintaining knowledge of Group policy and operational risk requirements
• Assessing and actioning operational risk implications of regulatory and market developments

This is a CBI regulated role 

Who we're looking for:

• Good knowledge of the international asset management industry and operational risk management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly
• Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement and relationship development
• Ability to remain independent while providing practical and value-add solutions
• Experience in operational risk management roles within the asset management or financial services industry
• Relevant professional qualifications are desirable
