Our Group IT and Digital workplace department are now recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a Change and Adoption Manager! The Purpose of the Change & Adoption Manager role is to lead a small but perfectly formed team, to ensure that the tools, systems and services that are being provided by our Digital Workplace team can be consumed by our colleagues in the most efficient and fluent manner.

Job Description

The Purpose of the Change & Adoption Manager role is to lead a small but perfectly formed team, to ensure that the tools, systems and services that are being provided by the Digital Workplace team can be consumed by our colleagues in the most efficient and fluent manner.

  • You'll be building, maintaining and owning the Change & Adoption vision and supporting strategy, driving viral adoption of change through excitement and anticipation in line with the overall company strategy.
  • You'll be tasked to take the lead in all matters with regard to the management of employees, ensuring that management discretion is used in a consistent manner and that the area follows the Group’s policies and procedures including the Partnership Agreement to maximise business performance
  • You'll be working with the Insight and Digital Workplace Product teams to ensure that our digital change journeys adhere to our ways of working and are sympathetic to our colleagues needs
  • You'll be Prioritising the workload of the team, ensuring that work is being ordered in a way that delivers maximum value realisation for the organisation, whilst ensuring that stakeholders are constantly updated and aware of where their demand sits in the priority backlog

 


Qualifications

  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated Digital Workplace technologies
  • Must have proven experience in Change & Adoption strategies, best practice and methodologies, preferably with a focus on Digital Workplace type technologies

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to all levels of seniority and areas of the business

  • Must have excellent presentation skills and the ability to talk to large audiences with confidence

  • Must have strong training, facilitation and influencing skills
