This is a unique opportunity to work across diverse teams, influence change, and help define best practice in a business undergoing exciting transformation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the design of investment processes aligned with the strategic operating model
• Collaborating with global investment teams to map current and future state processes
• Partnering with technology teams to define optimal system solutions
• Supporting the implementation of scalable, end-to-end investment frameworks
• Identifying and mitigating operational risks across investment processes
• Reviewing business overlaps and recommending centralisation opportunities
• Building knowledge of the STOM model and CRIMS platform usage
• Engaging with stakeholders across operations, finance, and product development

Who we’re looking for:

• Understanding of the full investment lifecycle and operational risk
• Experience in investment desk strategies and fund structures
• Familiarity with business process mapping and change impact assessment
• Knowledge of technology migration and investment process design
• Experience with testing, test planning, and acceptance testing
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Business Process Management systems
