Are you passionate about shaping the future of investment operations? We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual to join our team as an Investment Initiatives Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major transformation programme, working across global investment teams to help define and implement a best-in-class Strategic Target Operating Model (STOM).

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with investment teams to define best practices in investment processes
• Partnering with functional leads to deliver the STOM operating model
• Providing thought leadership to harmonise process design across global teams
• Becoming a subject matter expert in the STOM model and CRIMS platform
• Engaging with technology teams to shape system solutions for a global model
• Working with middle and back office teams to build a scalable investment framework
• Identifying operational overlaps and recommending centralisation opportunities
• Assessing operational risks and proposing effective mitigation strategies

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Investment Initiatives Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end investment processes
• Experience across asset classes, instruments, and investment strategies
• Proven ability to design scalable investment processes
• Familiarity with technology migration in an investment context
• Insight into investment and operational risk management
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• A proactive, outcome-focused mindset
• Creative problem-solving and solution design skills
