Are you passionate about real assets and making a meaningful impact through innovative investment strategies? At LGIM Real Assets, we’re looking for a dynamic Analyst to join our growing Impact & Specialist Strategies team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the Affordable Housing Fund, while also supporting the Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF) and Leisure Fund.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the preparation of asset business plans from acquisition through to asset management
• Modelling cash flow and total return expectations for the Fund
• Assisting with research and underwriting of potential acquisitions
• Delivering ESG initiatives and integrating them into asset strategies
• Contributing to internal and external fund reporting
• Networking across the Private Markets platform and with external stakeholders
• Enhancing and maintaining fund models, including investor due diligence
• Supporting IPIF and Leisure Fund with quarterly investment returns and modelling

Who we’re looking for:

• Holding a degree (2:1 or equivalent) in a relevant field, with or working towards a professional qualification (e.g. RICS, IMC)
• Demonstrating strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Bringing experience in real estate, ESG, or asset management
• Showing proficiency in Excel and modelling tools (e.g. Argus, MRI)
• Communicating clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
• Thinking independently and taking initiative to deliver results
• Collaborating effectively within a team and across departments
• Embracing innovation and continuous improvement
