- Analysing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate areas of expertise, identifying errors, and advising on solutions
- Working with HR Systems and Operations, Finance, IT, and Business teams to continuously review, simplify, and improve people data-related processes
Who we're looking for:
- Good understanding of HR policies and practices
- Knowledge of data protection, information governance, and associated requirements
- Understanding of IT architecture and HR processes and how they interact with other services (e.g., finance/procurement)
- Experience and knowledge of data architecture and integration processes
- Experience in designing and implementing complex data structures
- Knowledge and practical application of data tools and analysis, with experience in Alteryx, PowerBI, R, and Python being desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agile and flexible, capable of dealing with ambiguity and confronting challenges and opportunities with speed, endurance, and decisiveness
Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:
- The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance-related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
- Generous pension contribution
- Life assurance
- Private medical insurance (permanent employees only)
- At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
- Competitive family leave
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice
- There are the many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
