Are you looking to kick-start your career in operations within a dynamic and forward-thinking asset management environment? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Fund and Product Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Venture Capital, while contributing to process innovation and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting operational activities across Private Markets transactions
• Coordinating documentation and compliance for investment acquisitions
• Assisting with the setup and wind-down of legal entities and fund structures
• Managing KYC requests and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Leading the bank account opening process with relevant parties
• Exploring data visualisation opportunities using Excel and PowerBI
• Identifying and suggesting process improvements and efficiencies
• Collaborating across teams to enhance operations using AI and technology

Who we’re looking for:

• A background in accounting, finance, operations or a related business field
• Interest in business analysis, data, and process optimisation
• Some knowledge or experience in Private Markets or fund operations
• Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerBI
• A proactive and forward-thinking mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• A commitment to integrity, diligence, and delivering good outcomes
