Employee Relations Consultant – 12 Month FTC

We’re recruiting for a Employee Relations Consultant to join us on a 12 month FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.

The role can be based in Cardiff, Hove or London

What you'll be doing:

• Providing employee relations guidance and support to Managers, Leaders, and the wider HR team
• Continuously looking to strengthen and develop the relationship between the business and Unions
• Supporting in disputes, grievances, and redundancies
• Implementing change that positively supports L&Gs people policies
• Providing coaching and training on Employee Relations related work to HR and the business

Who we're looking for:

• For this role you will need to be a subject matter expert in Employee Relations
• Detailed knowledge on employment legislation and HR policies
• Experienced in dealing with redundancies, TUPEs, and disputes
• Experience in working in a unionised business
• Ideally have experience of working in Financial Services
