We are hiring a Digital Processing Agent to join us on a hybrid basis in our office in Barnsley. 

You will work 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday and earn a base salary of up to £26,000 dependant on experience. 

As a Digital Valuation Team Agent, you’ll play a key role in influencing valuation outcomes for lenders by working with a range of methods including Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), Desktop Valuations (DVs), and Physical Inspections. You’ll also contribute to the development and operation of our Property Decision Engine, helping to drive smarter, faster, and more accurate property assessments.  

What you'll be doing:

• Completing the digital valuation service using excellent communication skills to achieve client service expectations
• Understanding property specifications to identify suitable properties, working closely with our employed Surveyors to ensure accurate assessments
• Managing Management Information (MI) systems to support operational efficiency
• Using booking technology and systems to plan and organise Surveyors for maximum utilisation
• Providing guidance on client specifications and requirements where necessary
• Actively engaging in your own development programme and managing stakeholders across related businesses
• Analysing performance and operational Key Performance Indicators to inform continuous improvement
• Completing Buy-to-Let (BTL) portfolio rental and capital assessments, including handling approvals and high-value authorisations where qualified

Who we're looking for:

• AssocRICS qualification (highly preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data analysis and digital tools
• Previous experience in valuation, real estate, or financial services
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
