At Legal & General, we help our customers protect the things that matter most. We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our Life Customer Services team in Cardiff, supporting customers through important life events and helping them get the most from their policies.

Whether you're an experienced customer service professional or looking to build a long-term career, we'll provide the training, support and development you need to succeed.

Salary £24,720. 

What you'll be doing:

• Taking inbound calls from Life Insurance customers
• Supporting customers through important life events and policy changes
• Reviewing customer needs and identifying appropriate solutions
• Updating customer records accurately across internal systems
• Delivering fair and positive customer outcomes
• Collaborating with colleagues and specialist teams to resolve enquiries
• Following regulatory requirements and internal processes
• Contributing ideas that improve customer experiences and team performance
